My name literally means “Wide Meadow.” I’m a watercolor artist and writer who loves to make messes in the kitchen and forage in the great outdoors with my little daughter. My home is the rolling meadows of quaint Connecticut, and my heart is to encourage you into a life of deeper joy and fullness.

As a survivor of domestic abuse who had to re-learn who I am, I’m passionate about supporting you in grounding your identity in the God who created you out of love. He calls each of us out from the lies that our pasts tempted us to believe about ourselves and the world, and into the Meadow – by which I mean a whole new life where we can bask in His delight over us, dancing into the fullness of all He’s created us to be and His unique purpose for each of our lives.

My Meadow is your space to be encouraged and inspired– heart, mind, and body.

Each hand-lettered watercolor painting is inspired by personal experiences of the transformative Word of God. The paintings are meant to be displayed in places where you’ll see them constantly and find grounding in their truth.

In my blog, you’ll find raw glimpses into my heart and down-to-earth thoughts about navigating this beautiful, messy life. I believe that taking care of our bodies is integral to taking care of our hearts, so you’ll find tips and recipes to help you simply, easily adopt a lifestyle of natural wellness.
